What we run

Services

Six functions you can hand over, each with its rate published.

Dedicated teams

You are not buying a call center. You are buying back the hours your team spends on work that is not the product. Pick the function, and we recruit, train and manage the people who do it — in your tools, measured against targets you set.

Always included

What's always included

Whichever function you hand us, these do not change and they do not cost extra.

  • Agents dedicated to your account, never shared with another client
  • A team lead who reviews quality and is your direct contact, not a ticket queue
  • Your helpdesk, your CRM, your knowledge base — the data stays yours
  • A weekly quality sample, scored against criteria you approve
  • A monthly report you can hand upward without rewriting it
  • Coverage windows and targets agreed in writing before anyone starts
Questions

Before you pick a service

How do you charge?

Per agent-hour worked. Not per ticket, not on commission. Both of those pay a team to optimise for the wrong thing — closing fast instead of closing properly — and you feel it two months later in your churn.

What is the smallest team you will run?

One dedicated agent, which can start as a pilot. Cover for vacations and absences comes from a trained backup and quality is reviewed by the team lead included in the rate, so there is no minimum to get either — you pay the hours worked, never the change. From there it scales as far as you need.

Can we combine more than one service?

Yes. Support on the phones during the day with an assistant handling the inbox alongside is a common pairing. We staff them as separate roles rather than asking one person to switch between them, because that switch is where the errors come from.

What if the work does not fit any of these?

Tell us anyway. These five are how most requests arrive, not a menu we refuse to look past. If it is genuinely outside what we can staff well, we will say so — that answer is cheaper for both of us than a bad launch.

Not sure which one you need?

Describe the work that is piling up and we will tell you which of these covers it — or that none of them does.
